If the CPP is your only reason to come here, you might want to wait on cashing that bonus check until after getting through training, the Hogan and the interview. Otherwise you're stuck for a year, and then with the tougher choice of leaving behind a year of seniority. That's how they get people to stick around.

And they pay it to ALL pilots, not just new hires. While our new hire packages are slowly moving in the right direction, it is not fast enough to staff a growing fleet IMO.

August 3rd. They announce over a month ago a wind down of the Dash and the need to put 140 something Dash pilots through jet training and we’ve yet to see a training vacancy bid since the announcement. Discuss...

I would rather they take their time to get it right rather than rush and screw it up. It's a critical time for the airline.
