I hope that they start doing the Hogan and United interviews prior to Indoc @ C5.

If the CPP is your only reason to come here, you might want to wait on cashing that bonus check until after getting through training, the Hogan and the interview. Otherwise you're stuck for a year, and then with the tougher choice of leaving behind a year of seniority. That's how they get people to stick around.

Source is UAL hiring dept. The UAL interview process for off the street hires is going to be changing. Knowing UAL though they say one thing and then change it a week later. The most recent info is that when the Hogan changes to day of the interview it will remain the same as before for us and XJT.

Would be nice, but would also defeat the sole purpose of the CPP, which is to staff the regional flying.

2 years? That comes out to $11,000 per year. There are other companies that pay over 4x more money in bonuses over the same period, with no commitments. And they pay it to ALL pilots, not just new hires. While our new hire packages are slowly moving in the right direction, it is not fast enough to staff a growing fleet IMO.
And, there's still no incentive whatsoever to keep non-CPP pilots from seeking better QOL elsewhere, which they have in fact been doing. The people here are great and movement is quick, but QOL stinks. Hopefully some meaningful changes will be made soon to make this a truly great place to work, day in and day out.

August 3rd. They announce over a month ago a wind down of the Dash and the need to put 140 something Dash pilots through jet training and we’ve yet to see a training vacancy bid since the announcement. Discuss...

We all know commutair management struggles with planning ahead and using common sense. Just relax and enjoy the show.

I would rather they take their time to get it right rather than rush and screw it up. It's a critical time for the airline.
