The 175’s will not be growth a/c for xjt, just a partial replacement. Just look at the c5 past for the xjt future.

Anyone care to shed some light on CQPs.
What is the pay going from one seat to the other?
What would you say length of time being based in EWR as a CQP would be?
Any big gripes that CQPs seem to have about the current environment?
How does this new bonus get paid out?
Training pay for CQPs?
Who is health insurance through and when does it kick in?
Reasonable crashpads with transportation?

United wants us at 60 aircraft. We will be pulling from the boneyard, XJT and anyone else that has XRs for sale. The goal is to have an all XR fleet but as that is the most rare version our manuals have been written to support the LR as well. For those that don't know the XRs are the ones with winglets and the ventral fuel tank.
