I was in the new hire “welcome” meeting last week and am still awaiting an initial IOE assignment. Looking like it will be about 2 weeks from completion of training to IOE.
This is accurate. Took about a month to do my upgrade OE. It was like 3 day trip, week off, 2 day trip week off. Line check. Good movement but difficult to get everyone scheduled.

If its any consolation, I'm in the next upgrade class and even though the training footprint is relatively short I expect to be in the school house for around 2-3 months. My point is that everyone at every level is effected by training delays

Congrats! Enjoy the left seat! Enjoy the process. The training is short. Took 2 weeks in total but lots of down time between the end and CELL and then OE!

Not one damn bit.

That's great. Hopefully no sim shortages and we will see you on the line in time for the summer rush. With the upgrades we are seeing, we are gonna need you...

Default TBNT Email received today

FYI, finally got a TBNT Email today. Applied back in August. I've had been keeping my app current since applying and sent and email to recruiting a couple times since but just got an email this morning.

I've had a CJO from another carrier since Oct and was waiting on a class date from them, but kept hoping to hear from compass sooner. Starting there this month so it worked out in the end but thought I'd post an update that they seem to be cleaning out their backlog of applications.

Sorry to hear that. I'm sure it's a matter of timing, and obviously you're good enough for another carrier. Best endevours on your career and hope to see you at the majors!
