Yep and it won't be. Ever since TSA stiffed United on taking more XRs and taking the American flying instead United hasn't given TSA the time of day. Heard FO went to UAL right after Mesa got the CPP and raised hell with them over it. Ticked UAL off even more so that they will never give TSA Aviate. Only way TSA gets this is to be bought by someone else. We'll see if that happens but don't be surprised if the XRs don't end up at C5 in the end if TSA isn't bought.

Neither GoJet nor TSA is involved in the Aviate Program. Wouldn’t the flow agreement that all 3 TSH companies have with F9 make Aviate participation challenging or outright impossible? CPZ being sold to Mana Air (or possibly to ExpressJet directly to help them solidify their 175 ops?) would liberate you all from the yoke of your oppressor, however.
Exclusivity is not required though. Mesa flies for AA and is part of the Aviate program.

SkyWest got first bite at the first 25 planes of any new two-class flying that was offered. United already could have already offered 25 550s worth of flying, and SkyWest already could have said no behind closed doors. There's no knowing that.

I here you there, but that doesnt change that United cant give anymore 175s until GoJets 700s convert. United is scoped out on 70-76 seaters.
