Heard FO went to UAL right after Mesa got the CPP and raised hell with them over it. Ticked UAL off even more so that they will never give TSA Aviate. Only way TSA gets this is to be bought by someone else. We'll see if that happens but don't be surprised if the XRs don't end up at C5 in the end if TSA isn't bought.
