My interview here asked me if I saw a CA speeding and not waiting the two min, “what would you do?”. I handled the softball and the CA went into a rant about how this wouldn’t protect you from such a dumb mistake.
I made a comment, something like “I can’t imagine trying to take off single engine” and the CA just looked at the HR rep and they laughed. I felt out of the loop, until my first DL jumpseat ride back to MSP an FO saw the compass badge and went on a MW tirade.
It didn’t take long for all of this to start making sense here. I feel bad for the Republic folks who’ll be clueless to the graffiti.

This game is old, so I might as well tell everyone what we're actually doing and kickstart that rush in applicants. Some things I can't tell you, but here are 3 things I can.
Everyone is going to year 1 pay rates, at a new rate. This is justified, in their minds, because we're going to be flying (see below). And in order to fly one, typically, you'd have to go to a new airline and start over anyway.
Yes, we're going to fly the 320! Training to start in 2020.
First year FO pay is $88/hr, CA is $144.
Welcome to the new opportunity for those who have stayed and those who are going to jump on this band wagon. My source for this info literally came to me in a dream last night, as if I don't have better things to dream about, but despite the fact that it came in a dream you should just be patient and trust it. If you get a call from Delta or American by all means, go ahead and take it. For everyone else, it's up to you to leave or not, but I don't want you to miss out on this and ask later on why didn't I say something. Just be patient and trust me.
