I heard the classes are for the 3 more 170s coming in Oct, Nov and Jan. I have a buddy in the November new hire class.

I sure hope they are. I was just offered an interview in October. Here's hoping!

Can anyone confirm that last week a Compass plane landed on the closed runway at MSO. Also, what I heard was that it was a night visual on the closed runways that was 4,200 long with construction equiptment at the beginning of the runway. They were stopped by the end and everything was ok.

I just got a call from Compass as well for an October interview. There should be 4 people there. Having 4 years with ASA but with zero signs of movement (actually were moving backwards with the planes we are loosing) its hard to give up pay and seniority. However I do get an ATP after training which opens a few opportunities for me.

Runway wasn't closed, no equipment on it. It was rwy 25 in MSO - 4600' long. Had no problem stopping, taxied to the gate. This is the info I was given.

Flow question....

Is the flow still under negotiations? What about pilots that are hired after 8/19 do they still give up their positions to Delta pilots?
