A little more than a regional I'd say with the automatic flow up to Delta.

Unfortunately pilots getting on with Compass after a hire date of 8/19/2010 will no longer be flowing up to Delta. Such was the agreement between the negotiating parties.

The new hires won't have it that bad. Provided the flowup remains untouched, they will see a very active attrition rate the next few years, and they will be very senior in a small amount of time.

I think this is pretty accurate. Subtract another $100 if you want to insure a spouse.

After Delta, Jet Blue, and Virgin America, Compass is probably the best option in this country right now. Compass is the only place you can expect to get PIC time in the next few years if that is important to you.
