Um, have you tried returning their call? That might be a good start.

They realize we're pilots. One could be towing a banner around the sky, Instructing, hauling ungrateful passengers around etc. We can't always receive phone calls.

Call them back at the first opportunity you can reach them.
Worst case is they may of had an interview spot on short notice and they went to the next guy. Even then, they have you selected and will schedule you when they have another round of interviews.

Do they call for interviews or emai(or do they do both)l? The reason I ask is cos I live half way around the world from msp

They call. I was given 7 or 8 possible interview dates. Good luck.

I've been updating my resume with Compass since I got furloughed, any word on what it takes to actually get through there? Anyone want to offer up a rec letter for a total unknown? ;)

I've got 1600+ hrs, ATP-ME, 535 hrs. pt. 121, you'd think I'd get something back...

It takes a long time for people without an internal rec probably took 5 months for the "thanks but no thanks" email.

I have no inside information, but I'm guessing your times are on the low end of the spectrum. Do you have any supervisor/check-pilot experience? That could help.

Are we still talking about Compass here? A regional airline?
