Here's a couple totally unfounded rumors to start your wheels turning. Heard one about management coming to a pilot recurrent class and talking about an "outside" airline talking to Compass about lift. Another I heard is that Delta is planning to offer their pilots a 17% raise in return for giving up some scope and allowing compass to fly e-190s. Touch gloves and fight fair gentlemen...
Not going to happen in 2012.

17% raise to cave on scope? Whoever you heard that from must have been smoking something good. I think you would have to be in the neighborhood of 117% raises before Delta pilots would consider caving again. The Delta pilots are not stupid. They all are very aware of how scope has slowed all of their careers.

Not sure there ever was a recency requirement. There have been many furloughed pilots hired here in the past that had little to no time within 12 months. I've been here for over 2 years, so maybe things have changed. The mins should be posted on the Compass website.

My sim partner hadn't flown anything in 8 years, but that was back in 2007 so I can only say there was no currency requirement back then, and have not heard of one since. Honestly, playing xbox regularly will probably help you fly the ejet more than having had some recent bounces in a Cessna! Sad but true...

Could anyone message me some info for crash pads while in MSP for training? Thanks.

It changes pretty frequently based on what Delta wants, but there's no map I know of. In a basic sense, we go all over North America, some close flights but also as far as Vancouver, Montreal, Florida and Santa Ana for example.

It isn't out of the ordinary to do a day like IAD-MSP-YVR. Some regional eh?
