25 check airmen are not leaving next week. That's completely false. There will be a few check airmen leaving at that time but they're being replaced as we speak. There are at least 4 finishing up check airmen training within the next week or so.
In the coming months most of the check airmen will be leaving but will be replaced at the same time. Not sure why you're panties are in such a bunch over this. We are, however, behind in new hired pilot training.
That "guy" who told you that sounds like he was being dramatic or didn't know what he was talking about.

so I know one thing or two about passing test...
Im not blaming the company or the methods... Im just saying that if you have a pilot with previous 121 experience and had a bad day on the test , they should have a talk to him and see what can that person brings into the company.

Just study hard for round 2 and youll be fine.
Good luck to you.

Sounds like you'd be a gem to work with. Especially in the training world. You're attitude is already annoying and I can imagine what it would be like if you had issues in training...you're the victim and it's everyone's fault.
You're not entitled to a job because you have experience. Like you said...kind of.. look at the hole*..ahem...the whole picture.

Hmmm, it sounds to me, based on your attitude and demeanor alone, that you failed the interview because you walked in there with a sense of entitlement thinking you deserved to pass the interview.

FYI, a lot of people spend weeks studying for the Compass interview knowing it's one of the harder ones and they take it pretty seriously, which aligns with how badly they want the job, because it is a very good company to work for.

Also, I'm a firm believer that if you study hard enough for the interview (they do give you a PDF with ALL subjects that will be covered in advance) - there is no way that you can fail the test. If you read these forums, others have also suggested Lumosity.com for the cognitive test. Did you use them prior to your interview? The personality test tends to be straight forward as long as you are honest, genuine and not a psychopath.

Your attitude though....seriously, humble up a bit.

Just curious, what does the cognitive test consist of? Example?

Then you should have gotten plenty of rest before your interview. Where is Mr. Mustache when you need em? He must have flowed already.
