My guesses:

1. Food on Thanksgiving!
2. They're remodeling the crew room.

But I'd take the other stuff too.

If it's anything like the TSA employee appreciation lunch, they'll deliver a grill and frozen hot dogs to the crew room so you can grill them yourself. Bon Appetit! :)

So instead of 20k - ish per year, you go to 40k - ish per year. Step in the right direction for sure but I wonder if they'll stagnate the wages on the back end (i.e. keep the pay raises lower for longer).

That Republic flying is going somewhere. They can't staff it and their future looks like bankruptcy so who knows if that new pay will even stick. All the AAG wholly-owends have been covering everything we can, but it isn't going to be enough. So I would expect that 175 flying to go somewhere other than a wholly-owned in the short term.

i wonder if those recent couple of random emails from the company about meeting with the negotiating committee has been about that? they have to do something, i can count at least 4 other regionals with at least $5/hr better starting pay than here. once the fast upgrade was no longer a factor, you dont have much to sell people on here.
