Yep, I have also hear from a few instructors they were told 40/month at least through April. The last class had 2, and there were rumblings that it was slowing. I guess management wanted to smoosh that rumor with their plans through spring.

They specific word I heard from a few check airmen was hiring "indefinitely."

Whatever that means, and I feel like check airman rumors are SLIGHTLY more valid than rumors from FAs.

This program allows ATP graduate flight instructors to have up to $11,000 of their ATP training costs paid for by Compass, in exchange for agreeing to fly for Compass after earning the requisite number of hours. The training schedule calls for 40 per month until March. Thereafter the schedule is for 15 or so per month to account for attrition. The hiring dept has been told to hire indefinitely. Those are projections and are obviously subject to change but training 40 per month for the next 4 months is a LOT of people.

Yeah that sounds more in tune with what I heard.
