What mediations were they talking about in the union email this morning? Is this the "hush hush" stuff?

I think the main reason Tim sent that email was to beg for help on the MEC level of CPZ. We literally have one guy running the whole show.

I definitely agree. However, I feel like if something big wasn't coming down the pipe he wouldn't have even brought up the meetings.

I love how we have been drilled so hard to wait until push clearance to drop the brake, and now apparently they finally realized how many D0 delays its causing. Looks like according to this recent Compass points, a new procedure is being implemented to give out times based only on the door closing. Who's the rocket scientist in management that finally figured out that would help our performance numbers??
