Well by looking at the FO reserve grid today and for the rest of the month, i'd say that we are fat in LAX for the remainder of the month

Well its an airline schedule, bid via a public bidding system like the rest of the world. So anywhere from 11/12 off upto 18 in some cases. Personal line/pairing preferences combined with seniority will dictate your schedule. Alot of captain opentime. FO kinda overstaffed. Not much opentime at all for FOs. Pretty soon I'm guessing there won't be a whole lot on either side.

Any regrets on choosing compass vs all the others out there and why? Pro's and con's overall opinions please. I am leaning towards compass but I need some line holders input before I make my decision. Any and all input is appreciated.

No regrets here so far and I'm being honest. Great company.. The culture is good company morale majority of the company seems happy...Great airplane overall not bad routes just think we need more captains.. Fairly young pilot group and high attrition so everyone seems to be moving up fairly quickly.. This is my opinion and views others might have another view
