So anyone that has gone through the home study course. Is it just me or do most of these quizzes have multiple right answers, a wrong answer that they say is right, or questions that were not covered in the unit. This "15 hour" course is turning nightmarishly long and is becoming very frustrating.

Yeah, there are a few wrong answers here and there.

Is the home study a cd? And is it Mac compatible?

I know for training everyone is msp based, but when do you know if there are openings for the other base and get to bid for them?

It's online content that they supplement with CD's. I've been doing it on a mac and it seems mostly compatible. Bid in orientation and find out during ground school. My guess is DTW for new hires but as long hiring continues can probably be where you want rather quickly.

I see nothing has changed since I did it three years ago.

It's sad that this has not changed since I did it three years ago also...it would take someone only a couple days of work at the most to fix those issues and they refuse to fix it.

It gets much better in the sims...

So after the 30 days for home study what is the schedule like for the ground school, sims, and IOE? They told me about 40-45 days. Is that pretty accurate?

Also do they train over holidays?
