There are better airlines out there and I'm just making sure the new guys out there know to find employment elsewhere like I wish someone had told me to at the begining of the Pinnocolaba disaster.

It's simple: You lower your minimums to increase the pool of applicants that meet them.
For a while, Compass had the luxury of being very selective with their hiring. Obviously that pool is drying up, hence the new minimums. Don't overthink it, guys.
