I wouldn't want my worst enemy to get a job there. What's new. I Have never been hypnotized. It might be fun. See what you can line up. Til then, I won't pretend 9E is a good place to work. There are better airlines out there and I'm just making sure the new guys out there know to find employment elsewhere like I wish someone had told me to at the begining of the Pinnocolaba disaster.

Cool, good luck! I also know they put a lot of weight into how much flying the applicant has done in the past 6-12 months.

It's simple: You lower your minimums to increase the pool of applicants that meet them.

For a while, Compass had the luxury of being very selective with their hiring. Obviously that pool is drying up, hence the new minimums. Don't overthink it, guys.
