Employee contribution through the Hartford. Retirement is 100% match, 2%-6% based on longevity. Nothing to get excited about.

As for the aircraft who knows, maybe non show up. A lot can happen when billions of dollars hang in the balance though, we are pawns in these chess games.

Pick whichever gives a good QOL, be smart with the little money you earn, have fun on the overnights, be cool to your coworkers, travel a bit, and pursue the next great opportunity when it comes.
This is the best post I've read on APC in quite sometime, and maybe even ever. I wish everyone would drop these petty arguments for a moment and realize what is being said here. It's important to keep the big picture in mind, because at the end of the day nobody is going to give a rats ass who won the special olympics.

If you refuse to look at the big picture here, then you are a HUGE part of the problem.

Compass is 100% company paid from our contract. Funny thing is a lot of our pilots don't even know it exists.

With the $20K increase in all payrates at Endeavor, I would probably put them above all the rest of the regionals with 50-seat aircraft that will be parked. In all honesty, they won't have issues attracting new hires any more. Skywest will have to follow suit otherwise their hiring will hit the wall. The question is, where will the money come from?

The thing is, those "bottom feeder" pilots will most likely be moving on to the majors while you are still logging onto APC to express your odd infatuation with their former employer. I say go for it if that is how you desire to spend your free time.

This. Spot on.

The irony though, the very same companies all of us want to one day be working for are the ones that are causing the inferno that seems to be "life at a regional" because they're greedy and do it because they can.

The yes and no votes that come up once in a while are simple formalities -- at the end of the day nobody really gets a vote and there is no win win, only what the majors want.

There's a game being played on you all. Play it right and get out. So much whining and finger pointing against fellow pilots who were put against the wall on a vote - so sad to see people gang up against eachother.

Things are changing for the better, every month it seems as if regionals keep upping the benefits to join them...just watch and see - things will finally get to where they should have been since day 1. They have no other choice, and that is new territory for once.

ELOHEL. More flying is getting placed with bottom feeder scumbag outfits. People who have no business flying 121 jets are sitting in the right seat and thousands of people with 1,000's of hours of PIC are traveling across the country to stand in line for hours to spend 30 seconds with a recruiter. Meanwhile the niece of the secratary of the people in charge of hiring with a wet CRJ type is already sitting in class at a major.

Things are great.
