It also would be impossible to produce that kind of statistical relationship through ballot stuffing, or any other kind of physical ballot fraud. A manual recount is necessary to sort this issue out.

In layman's terms, a hand recount will show the software flipped ballots from Trump to Biden at a constant rate.

The cure for all of this is voting with block chain keys. Virtually impossible to hack. Our voting equipment also needs to be developed and implemented by a government department instead of private voting software. Erase all areas of possible chicanery so there is less of this speculation surrounding our elections. For our society to function properly everyone has to have confidence in the voting process.

The 8PM deadline is for hand delivered ballots.

My quote is directly from Act 77 and is perfectly clear that absentee/mail ballots must be posted by 8PM primary/election day.

Maybe that's why they're not being tossed....

Specifically says that the ballot must be received by 8pm whether mailed or hand delivered. The votes are being counted but ordered to be sequestered by a supreme court justice until a hearing to determine the ultimate disposition of the ballots. The decision on whether to toss them is not made yet.

They’re not being tossed because the governor decided to change the rule and extend it by 3 days. When challenged the state Supreme Court judge(an elected democratic if memory serves) said that they could extend the date. The challenge that will go to the US Supreme Court alleges that the governor cannot change the law as written by the legislature and therefor it was unconstitutional to extend the deadline invalidating any ballots received after 8pm on Election Day.

Alito would not have ordered the state to separate the ballots if there wasn’t grounds to rule that way. The issue will be there’s no way of knowing how many ballots were added into the legally received ones because some districts weren’t separating them.

Where in the law I quoted, does it say "delivered by 8 PM"?

I agree with this and is why I can patiently wait for the legal stuff to play out even though I'm confident it won't be enough to change the election. I just want to see everything play out to actual and true for every vote. It's always bothered me in the past we didn't do this because I knew at some point it will be an issue. Better to sort it out in an election where it's not close than to wait for one that is. The Harris/Biden people can wait just a little bit. It won't hurt them.

The ballots had to be post marked by 8pm Tuesday, just to clarify.

I clarified this but post marked or received by 8pm was the rule. The argument is over the post marks and the three day extension. I am not sure it would be enough to change things but it will be a court fight either way.
