If that’s a true statement I would suggest going through pro-standards. It’s a good resource.
And after reading your previous post it’s plainly clear that you are the one in need of being reported.
You know what a chief pilot told me once? People with no fly lists end up on people’s no fly lists. In other words, take a hard look in the mirror.

Lots of butthurt captains here!! Who cares if a management pilot goes by the title captain? It's not like he's an active pilot taking a job from someone else.
Anyway, back on topic, let's hope we get a great TA and relatively quickly!

Back off topic.
Captains get paid more to 1) taxi and 2) deal with the BS. The extra pay does not grant one super powers—not even to “mentor” first officers on every aspect of life. (Shout out to my homeboy, if you’re reading).
I do appreciate the retired Navy folks who, sitting in the right seat, not-so-subtly mention that they retired after 20-something years as a captain. Took you that long? Damn! I made captain in four years...in the militia...and then I quit!

He is right, Capts do get paid more for a reason. They deal with the BS and on occasion make a somewhat tough decision. Some guys let it go to their heads. Some think I (FO) should adapt how I do my job to how they do their job. I refuse. Some think I should listen to their life/finance/career advice and flying techniques. I refuse. I have been flying airplanes for 20 yrs, just let me do my damn job. It’s not that hard.....
Makes one appreciate the good ones that don’t let it go to their head.

You’re not a very happy person, are you? I spent 16 years in the right seat of 5 different fleets before I upgraded, and I don’t think I ever flew with a Captain as miserable as the ones you’re describing. In 16 years (minus 3 on furlough) I flew with 2 or 3 that I didn’t really want to fly with again. Maybe it’s your attitude, and not the Captains you’re flying with.

Edit: I’ll add that I refuse to have a no fly list, because I’m not going to miss out on a good trip to avoid listening to some miserable chap take out his frustrations on his coworkers.

I’ve only been here 11 years, and have had all of 3 captains that I’d really rather not fly with again. But I’ve never put anyone on my no fly list.....not gonna chance missing a good trip because of who I may fly with.
I have to think that if someone were so terrible that I refused to fly with them again it would warrant a talk with a CP or standards. IMHO

Secondly, yes there are a few less than stellar Captains at DAL - so what? I flew as an FO for 17 years and had zero Captains on a no fly list. Yes, there were a few "strange-rangers" out there but very very few and those that I came across I could deal with. You make it seem like our Pilot List is populated with far more Mr Hydes than Dr Jekylls.
If you are having this much trouble with "multiple" Captains then maybe you are contributing to the problem.
Any organization with 14K plus personnel is going to have a few that are outside of the norm. Even NASA can not screen the whack-jobs out of it much more selective and competitive ranks - reference the Astronaut that went bonkers and drove across county wearing a diaper to assault a competitor for her love interest or something wacky like that.
You are coming on way too strong here - maybe you should take a deep breath and rethink some of your posts.
