Not only are you putting words in my mouth, but you are failing to counter the argument that you turning 45 precautionary morgue trucks for a city of 18+ million people into “rows” of morgue trucks outside a hospital is panic-fueled misinformation.

No link for the source of the photo? Still not refuting my argument that you are fueling the panic with misinformation.
Edit: For the sake of accuracy, I tried to find the picture myself, and in the process saw that wherever I got the population of NYC from was way off. It’s 8+ million, not 19 million.
