Maybe MOST errybody else....I've been in top 30% BES for almost 3 years and they don't seem to get down to me....well other than 1 year over Christmas. 5:15 vice 3:30 ish for all the vacation is about 60 hrs per year (top end) for NO EXTRA WORK....I'll take that guarantee for a career... Eventually Delta will catch up on manning and green slips will go to the historic norm of sometimes hitting the top 25%. Oh yea..and let's accrue vacation at the rate UAL does!

How about a little love in everybody's stocking instead of just some of the players?

How about we don’t negotiate in public. If the company wants something bad enough they will come to the pilots with their wants in a full contract.

So another busy summer of golfing sounds like. That or the worst scenario.. Double train and go to NYC220 for a little while

I get the sentiment, but anyone who thinks a dozen supposed Delta pilots bantering on an internet forum are going to spoil negotiations hasn’t spent much time here. Or if they have... they know that many of us want ponies too.

I’ve never done a TOE in my life - happy to learn what I can here since our MEC has gone radio silent on just about everything.

anyone have any guesses as to how long before another AE comes out?

also, how long does it usually take for the latest AE to reflect what is on the ALPA dashboard? thanks in advance

Personal guess, end of summer/early autumn as we see how the recovery goes. Starts getting pieces into place for newhires and such. AE memo indicated 320 would focus on core hubs and 73 coastal. Trends on staffing report agreed.

Go to Johnfbell.com and you can download his AE analysis tool (excel spreadsheet). You must log into to Deltanet to access it but its free and has already been updated.

Widgetseniority.com also has a similar tool but it charges a nominal fee. I have not used it recently, but heard it allows a free trial period.

717 lost around half their LCPs. Word on the street is the company is ready to meet with ALPA and align LCP pay with SLI pay to stem the bleeding.
