Correct. 3/29 was skipped because it would have made 5 classes in the month.

They’re targeting 4 classes of 50 every month, so I would expect any month with 5 Tuesdays to skip a Tuesday.

Net gain per month (based on the beginning of that month's seniority list over the previous month's):
