I don't think it will hurt to volunteer if they have an opening prior to your scheduled class date. They may already have a waiting list for that.

New to the Delta forums and the trends for aircraft and bases.

I have a 7/26 class and am wondering is it more common than not to have 7ER and/or 765 offered?

Both had vacancies on the last AE, so they can be offered in virtually every class (fewer 765 vacancies total up for bid). The appearance or non appearance of a specific base and seat has more to do with forecast/expected training resources, and so it's impossible to make accurate, generalized predictions on what positions will or won't be offered to a specific class. Do. your best to understand the pros and cons of the available positions and bid what you think you want.

I pushed my Indoc date back a week due to a military obligation. They’re very accommodating, assuming you just do it once.

I was this same week, nothing yet! Hopefully before I have to bid for August.

I received my bid award this morning: 320 NYC. I am massively unfamiliar with the NYC area in general, and would love to not need a crash pad in the area. I'll be commuting from TPA which has a pretty high frequency of flights, luckily.

Does anyone have an educated guess at the frequency that this fleet converts LC to SC? Trying to make a decision between winging it with hotels or starting my crashpad search early.
