Has the 7ER been the most senior on the new hire drops? The last four of my SSN start with a 3 so I’m not optimistic.

I start indoc on 30 Nov. For holiday planning purposes with my family, should I assume that I’ll be in training over the Christmas holiday, or do they take a training break? Thanks in advance.

You never know. There were only 3 7ER spots in my class of 30 people before covid. My SSN also starts with a 3 and I got the last 7ER spot. My class had a lot of low SSNs. I was #11 out of 30. Could go the other way however too.

Is there any predicable metric for which equipment/base would yield the most amount of actual flying for a NH post-OE? Looking primarily between ATL 717/320/737/7ER

You’re required to get 100 hours in 120 days post-OE. You can put in a request to be first to be considered to fly while on reserve and most of the categories you mention are a pretty quick road to a line. You can pick up flying to your heart’s legal content there.
