junior 330b right now is a 2017 hire. Kinda doubt it will drop mower than the bottom UNA as NB B a look at getting out of our optimized schedules.
765NYC might happen. Junior on that is a 2019 hire and it has a lot more domestic which probably makes it less desirable compared to the 330.
IDK tho I’m just guessing.

So many are seat locked right now due to UNAs and new assignments that there just might not be many to fill a Q122 AE that has a large number of 350/330 spots. I am highly skeptical that there wIll ever be anything above ER spots for new hires here but it’s possible based on our seat lock rules.
I do think 765 is believable though.
another X factor is how much liberty does the company have when releasing people from seat locks? If their are unfilled 330 slots, can the CO only let 320 pilots break their seat lock or if the let people break the lock is it an all or nothing. Looking at the PWA it seems like the company may have the discretion to let people break their seat locks on a fleet by fleet basis (only let 320 pilots break their lock to go to 330, same with ER/765) which may encourage them to do so.

while I agree, it is also true many UNAs are not seat locked. We all got a chance to bid for what we wanted with no seat lock in March and many I know are still on the plane they were brought back on. Maybe my sample size is not representative of the group as a whole, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen (NH to 330)

I know of many UNAcorns, myself included who trained on 2 awards the second being a requal footprint incurring 1 year lock instead of 2. I will be qualified on second award late December and will be relieved of said lock in April.

If I had to guess, I’m thinking it’s about a 70/30 split with people just like you.
