But do you know the actual most recent indoc dates given? And to what CJO dates they went to?

I know they’re filling late Jun indoc with ~11 Apr CJOs. I think we’ll see mid month Apr CJOs indoc post-4th of Jul. Late Apr CJOs will probably late Jul/early Aug indoc.

I would expect a bit faster than that unless we plan on getting 1.5 to 2 months further out every month.

So got PARB’ed. It seems that if you take the MMPI-2 twice, it’s a pretty high chance of getting the PARB. Is that the general consensus?

I know someone who had to retake the MMPI and did not get the PARB. I think a lot of it is how well your interaction with the psych. goes.

Default Assessment completion

I feel dumb for asking this but are you supposed to get an email or any type of correspondence that you completed the assessment? I took the assessment on the 11th, sent an email on the 19th asking for the results, and still haven’t received anything. I sent a message to the pilot recruiting Facebook profile and they read it but haven’t responded. I never got any type of confirmation after I completed the assessment that it was submitted other than the program logging me out. I’m just hoping that there wasn’t some type of glitch or something that I missed that didn’t submit the assessment properly.

Are background checks really taking 3 weeks to complete? I uploaded all documents to help “expedite” the verification process. I had a background check done with another major airline in less than a week. TIA.

Mine took 6 weeks.

It sounds like the issue is with the states getting back to Cisive. I believe other carriers are doing summary checks.

Cisive / Delta appears to be doing the deep dives.

Things must be getting tighter. Per the Delta pilot recruitment FB page anyone who failed the assessment or interview is automatically eligible to try again after 3 months now instead of 6…
