The vaccine mandates that were ruled unconstitutional, several ways actually. (before the mask mandate was also).
It seemed to me that they were asking unvaccinated employees to give them the excuse to grant a waiver. They were then telling the White House they were ‘in compliance’ with the executive order.
Point being, they were against mandatory vaccinations for existing employees. I will absolutely grant they mandated it for new employment, but I surmise they aren’t hard over on that.

I know that, and once again you are missing the point. When, in the broader environment, the mandates came to a collective and sudden halt, the company completely abandoned its pursuit of any internal mandate (along with a huge number of other private employers). They immediately halted the adjudication of all pending waiver requests.
That action on the company's part gives some insight into thier actual, internal thinking. And applying that thinking to new hire vaccine waivers, it is my opinion they are likely amenable to a reasonable request for accommodation. IMO.
If any new hires have any personal experience with this, one way or the other, please share so others can benefit from actual ground truth.

It took almost 7 months to get the 2nd invite. But was the same as the first time in that I had 7 days to take it.

Assessment invite 5/9, assessment link 5/10, took assessment 5/11 and TBNT, apply in 6 months on 5/19. Feeling pretty beat up but trying to keep my chin up as much as possible. Used RST. Did I see someone mentioned a Facebook group for those who got the re-apply in 6 months?

24 hours ago I would've told you no, beyond one specific test that I had heard was essentially the same as on RST, but about 40% faster. Now I am not so sure. I studied hard and felt confident when I took the assessment. If I'm lucky enough to get another invite come November, I might see what other products are out there. There's no denying just how expensive RST is.
