I can’t believe they did it. I’m sure he’ll be back with one of his alter-ego accounts in no-time, unfortunately. It should be a pretty obvious writing style.

He had a writing style?

Was it that obvious?

I'm sure no one noticed.

The cage whitney or that emerald coast group is my suggestion. Traditional airline, keep it a traditional prep service. Stick to the checklist. Get hired.

It’s Cage Marshall.

Both Cage and ECIC are for HR interview prep.

Now that the interview process has changed to include an online assessment (8 parts) before you even show up to ATL (now 1 day instead of 2), the need for additional prep services is required.

Word on the street is folks are using the Cut-E website to prep for the online assessments. Anyone use them and have feedback?

Cut E is as close as you’ll get to the real test. Same type of test on the AA side. The hardest in the real test for me was that sudoku the missile tunnel is harder in cut-e but easier in the real one. $23 to practice not too shabby.

man I hate that we still do that haze. It has ZERO to do with being a pilot. I don’t care if a new hire can get gouge and do some stupid “sudoku” thing.
but what do I know. I’m just a pilot. I didn’t even stay at a Holiday Inn last night

It's the game we play, right? I did tell a friend last night that's I'd rather do a 1-hour computer assessment and a 1-day interview with only HR and psych then have to spend a month studying that Naval Aviator's guide to whatever and fifteen other sources of info hoping that I can cram the right stuff into my brain.

Anyone that gets invited to take the assessment obviously has a resume that should hold up well. The assessment should mean you have the basic brain wiring to fly the plane and be trainable, the HR part makes sure you fit into the culture and the psych test I guess makes sure you are not a mental health threat?

Anyway, I've been waiting forever for a shot at Delta. At this point I'll play whatever game they want me to if I can have a chance to make my case to someone there that I would be a good fit.
