I had my app professionally reviewed and submitted it and an internal rec about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone have a good idea how long it’s taking to hear back right now?

I got the AON assessment invite in less than a month after applying. The AON assessment invite email referenced the delta virtual recruiting event I’ve done few days after I applied. The recruiter actually recommended doing such thing, such as a virtual event, or a in person event.

I heard back in a little under a week from that email, class date was just under 2 months from my interview. YMMV.

AON; next steps
Took the AON yesterday, got the unsuccessful email this morning. Definitely confused as I thought I did well on it. Beginning to think maybe the personality test is the main focus of the entire assessment.
Question for people who have been through this, aside from keeping your app up to date, what was the process the 2nd time around when taking the AON? Did you receive another top tier email and then the waiting game for the assessment? Or just the assessment after the said amount of time?
How does this weigh on the in person if someone is successful the 2nd attempt at the AON?

side bar, has any other applicants been able to successfully change interview date to earlier dates? Of all the available dates. I was given my 5th choice. Not complaining but I’d like to go sooner
