I think you may misunderstand the purpose of the "AON" online assessment. It is an assessment to judge different aspects of your skills, including personality, for suitability to be offered an interview. You still have to go to Atlanta and wow the interview team, by far the tallest hurdle. At that point, depending on your availability, you get to hang on it the pool with the rest of us CJO holders until it's your turn. That timeline is about 10 weeks right now, if you're available with two weeks notice.

I was guessing that his entire process was quick because after the AON, the interview invitation follows, and because some timelines for others were also quick, with the process being continuous throughout. So, I thought maybe he had finished his entire process. Just another question here while waiting for the AON test, :D:)

I got the interview offer and I opted not to take first available. So I still haven’t gotten a class date still in that process. AON invites definitely don’t go out first in first out. TT just means your application was looked at and you meet what they consider their minimum requirements and to be competitive. From there everything in your application probably is weighted and gives you a priority. My guess would be quantity of hours means very little. You either have em or you don’t. Pic turbine? That’ll tick just one box and only puts you above the guy that doesn’t have it when most do. Did your turbine at a 135? Well the guy that’s been at 121 for all the turbine time is probably preferred. They have some kind of point/scoring system to help them rank applications and decide the order they want them. No magic you can really do to increase your chances.
