DL Hiring: New Process
#4651
Sooooo I thought I didn't pass the assessment. Yesterday I got an email saying my interview invitation has been withdrawn because they did not receive a requrest for interview date. So I emailed them back and now I got an interview date set. What a rollercoaster ride it has been.

Hi all,
I have a question. I interviewed recently with some other folks in Atlanta, and the response was 'thank you but no thank you (TBNT) however feel free to update your application in the next 90 days and we will re-review it to possibly interview again'...
I was disappointed to get a tbnt but at least relieved to know I can reapply... but what does it mean? What does having an application 'on hold' actually mean for 90 days?
Thank you for your responses and congratulations to all who made it.
best,

The long and short of it means: keep your app updated. In the interim, start (or continue) interview prep. Something didn't click with the interview team and having the unbiased opinion of a reputable prep company could get you over the hump. Good luck!

I agree with the above! Having a service to help you prep is invaluable. It seems like an added expense, but it's worth the investment! If you need some recommendations, I would highly recommend RST.

Other than RST, any other recommendations? Does RST do interview prep/feedback? Thank you so much.
