Wow, sorry for that. Sounds like maybe someone either forgot to send an email, or it got missed in a junk fail folder somehow. Best of luck. Dont let the stress of getting there show, or even bother you. It’s yours for the taking.

hat happened is you remained persistent and diligent in seeking a job. Nice work. Now go to the interview and just be yourself. They want to hire you.

Default Question about ‘reapply during the 90 days’?

Hi all,
I have a question. I interviewed recently with some other folks in Atlanta, and the response was 'thank you but no thank you (TBNT) however feel free to update your application in the next 90 days and we will re-review it to possibly interview again'...

I was disappointed to get a tbnt but at least relieved to know I can reapply... but what does it mean? What does having an application 'on hold' actually mean for 90 days?

Thank you for your responses and congratulations to all who made it.

best,
HeyHair

The long and short of it means: keep your app updated. In the interim, start (or continue) interview prep. Something didn't click with the interview team and having the unbiased opinion of a reputable prep company could get you over the hump. Good luck!

I agree with the above! Having a service to help you prep is invaluable. It seems like an added expense, but it's worth the investment! If you need some recommendations, I would highly recommend RST.

Thank you. I used one quite a bit (not RST) and I think it was helpful but I maybe need different guidance?

Other than RST, any other recommendations? Does RST do interview prep/feedback? Thank you so much.
Best,
HeyHair
