DL Hiring: New Process
#5201
I think you might be missing it somewhat IRT just how many military types had CJOs from 18-24 months ago with availability around now, and I’m assuming that’s probably a rolling fact. While you may have a seemingly distant CJO that should warrant you an approaching class, don’t forget Delta offered CJOs “years” ago as well that have or are just beginning to class up. I think you’ll hear something this year, stay positive. No way Winter of 2025 is even remotely accurate.

yes, in June I was hired with about 30 hours in the last year. And no hours really for a few years before that.

My experience is a little old, but I received the TT in early June 2023, AON in Sept. It was almost a full 4 month wait. Interviewed in Nov, and started class shortly thereafter.

Has anyone done the assessment lately? Its been about 3 months since I took it but if I remember correctly it consisted of; Spatial disorientation, reaction speed, deductive thinking (sudoku), multi-tasking, auditory comprehension (clearances), and personality test. Just curious if its the same or if anything has changed? Since its my second attempt I want to make sure I don't screw it up (haven't heard of anyone getting a 3rd chance). I've been practicing the cut-e tests but has anyone heard of or used career-takeoff personality test prep or readysettakeoff, supposedly helps you score better on the personality portion. Its a big investment but also small in the grand scheme. Any info is greatly appreciated!
