While minimums are going up, there is a more holistic approach to who gets hired I think. If you have 2300 total, less than 1000 turbine, but you have a 4.0GPA, never failed anything aviation related, have a completely clean background, and maybe have served in the military, your chances are as good as someone with more experience than you in my opinion. Don't count yourself out. Also attend a meet and greet, the will probably help.

Just for the stats on us lower time people, I'm about 2200TT and 1200 turbine, mostly all turbine is 121 and at an LCC. All civilian. Went to a meet and greet plus had 4+ internal recs. Headed to interview later next month, excited and preparing as much as possible for this opportunity.

I saw the press release about the 2-year-out interview for military but I know of exactly one person called for an interview at about 1 year from availability. Every else I know has been inside 4-5 months from availability.
