Has anyone been able to reach the Delta Scheduling Coordinator's phone number listed in the email?

Also for those who is waiting on assessment results, don't get too worried by the length of time wait. I kept reading people who passed that got results in within a few hours, so when days went by I got concerned. But a week later I found out I passed.

Once the Aon test comes, everything moves forward quickly. I believe I heard similar timelines amongst the others that were interviewing. I was completely blown away by the whole experience and it was worth every effort put forth to be there.
Thanks for the info.
I imagine the guys in your interview group don't have your kind of hours...
Any idea the level of experience??
It has only been a couple of weeks hope to hear back soon.

Thanks again for the info.

Looking at aviationinterviews.com it seems like the range is between 3000 and 5000 generally. I’m not 100% but I don’t think the rest of my group was in the same boat. I think there was a variety of experience levels, some military and civilian.

Take in consideration, as hiring slows down, competitive minimums goes up. Delta also barely hiring during the summer, so hearing back at this time of the year might take longer. Just keep updating your app and studying, emails usually take us by surprise and you want to be ready when that happens.

I believe the company and ALPA have both put out comms saying the average hours for a NH at 3000. Which means some will be less….

“Competitive” hours has definitely gone up - really back to ‘normal’ from the Covid madhouse hiring spree.

Just for the stats on us lower time people, I'm about 2200TT and 1200 turbine, mostly all turbine is 121 and at an LCC. All civilian. Went to a meet and greet plus had 4+ internal recs. Headed to interview later next month, excited and preparing as much as possible for this opportunity.

Not trying to be pedantic but looking back at all those comms from ALPA it seems like its more around 3500ish.

While minimums are going up, there is a more holistic approach to who gets hired I think. If you have 2300 total, less than 1000 turbine, but you have a 4.0GPA, never failed anything aviation related, have a completely clean background, and maybe have served in the military, your chances are as good as someone with more experience than you in my opinion. Don't count yourself out. Also attend a meet and greet, the will probably help.

The last 3 class averages were 5,184, 3,971 and 3,916.
