Depends on what you mean by "pick up". We've slowed to a crawl over the summer to boost staffing with sim instructors on the line. I would imagine in August we will start back with larger classes. 200/mo is probably never coming back but 100/mo seems reasonable going forward in the medium term. Still lots of retirements each year. I guess the biggest X factor is if Boeing and Airbus can keep us fed with a steady enough stream of new airframes to drive robust fleet growth.

I can't speak anything regarding the PARB and timelines. But I received/accepted my electronic CJO on 30 Apr and have not received an email yet to confirm my start date, which should be somewhere around 6 weeks from the email. So far, this matches up with tennisguru's comment above. In the meantime, I'm enjoying the remainder of my terminal leave and time with the family, something I really haven't been able to do since I joined the USAF 20 years ago.

Don't have any hard numbers but there are still Feb and early March CJOs waiting. Not sure if it's coincidence or not, but there are at least 12 of us waiting from that timeframe all with military backgrounds. They've stated order of CJO isn't determining how crew resources is filling classes, people with late march/early april have gotten dates now. So just playing the waiting game and hoping for the best.
Curious if anyone has a rough estimate on CJO pool.
