Timeline update:

Buddy Interviewed 25 Sept, just got Indoc invite for April with immediate availability on his app.

How are they scheduling people for April in October? Are you sure it was an indoc invite?

Yes I’m sure it was Indoc invite.

Another buddy literally just interviewed yesterday and was told to expect 6 months until being in Indoc.

And they interviewed people back in June and July that still aren’t on property so those folks are probably in the Jan - Mar Indoc classes.

Thanks for the update, June CJO and no update so that's interesting they're assigning classes in April 2025. They told my group that we won't know until 6 weeks out.

were they coming from skywest/republic endeavor? They seem to be keeping those hires off property for about 6months while getting in others a lot earlier.

No it was a mix of LCC, 135, and regionals who do not provide DL lift. 1 guy was RPA though.

Interesting, as I also was immediate for July 24 when I interviewed and recieved my CJO 25 Apr. Still waiting. Be nice just to get an INDOC date to alliveate some stress as I am now "fully" retired from the Air Force as of 1 Sep.

I'm retired as of 1 Sept too, I was a June CJO and I too am feeling like the earlier the indoc date, the more I'll be able to relax a bit

Has anyone done the AON assessment recently? I have been fortunate enough to have been selected. Ive been practicing the Cut-E stuff.

I've been studing the following;

Spatial orientation (RMI)
Deductive reasoning (sodoku)
Multi-tasking

I'm also expecting auditory reasoning and work place beahaviors. The Cut-E training I'm using doesnt appear to include these. Is there a way to practice either?

I took a look at the AON stuff that Delta sent in the email link... it appears to be nothing like what people have been getting. Mostly reading comprehension type stuff on there. Recognizing patterns etc. Am I missing something? I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

What has everyone else been getting recently if you dont mind me asking?

For those who got the "fix it" email after submitting their app, did you end up receiving an interview and how long til you heard back? Or is that a death sentence on your chances of getting hired?
