Does anyone have any updated information on the AON? Most of the info about it is a little over a year old. Got it a few days ago and studying with this practice assessment, I am not sure where exactly I should be "scoring" or aiming for.

Mr F9 happy captain finally decided to jump ship. Good to see you come to realize what you should’ve done long ago. Congrats.

It’s multitasking (moving a plane away from hitting objects while at the same time doing a math problem and then below that seeing if there is duplicates of the alphabet on the right side), Deductive Logical Thinking which is Sudoku with shapes, Spatial Orientation (ndb/rmi), Auditory Comprehension with different accents, and a personality test

You would be happy to know I wasn't happy enough to pass the aon this morning.

Sorry to hear that, if you're still interested keep the app updated and hopefully you receive the AON again in the near future. Don't give up!

Just got the AON. It seems the only parts of it these days are the audio part, personality, spatial orientation, multi-tasking, and the shapes thing. Any advice for the shapes? Ha.

Beyond stoked for the opportunity to interview with Delta, just hoping I can pass this.

Look up a video on YouTube for AON Sudoku. It’s about an hour long. In the description, they sell a workbook about 100 questions long to practice for about $20. The only thing I used for a day. I took it over the weekend and got an invite to interview on Monday. Looking forward to hopefully making it through for a CJO.Best of luck!

Super discouraged. Despite basically prepping all day yesterday and today for the AON, I was "not selected for advance" or whatever. I genuinely think I nailed the skills stuff, idk if the personality think sunk me or?

Question: I see quite a few people who busted it the first time got re-assessed 90 days later. Is this automatic? Or was this just luck for them? I'll be keeping my app updated but cannot lie, I am severely bummed out. I was fortunate to have this opportunity at all at my low time status and feel like I just somehow ****ed it away despite being a good test taker and feeling really confident about the whole thing. No surprises.. I just don't get it. Sadly, I doubt I'll get an opportunity anytime soon with my airline's upgrade times being 3 trending to 4 years in all likelihood.

tldr I am devastated.

I failed the first time, got it the second time. Keep your app updated to include things that are renewed such as medical, passport, flight times (once a month or so), etc.
