Yes, per their request. He/she reflected and did not want to shine a negative light on other fellow NK pilots, and asked us to remove them. Stress is real, folks.

It was pretty clear he was not in a good state of mind. I can’t imagine the stress he was under, and he probably would have benefited from taking a mental/emotional “breather” for a few weeks before jumping into the hiring blender.

Of course, that’s really easy for me to say sitting here without that pressure.

I'm trying to get a Spirit buddy hired. Other than me emailing him my LOR, is there anything I can do to help? I haven't tried to get someone hired in years but I remember being told at the time:

1) Not to contact Recruiting directly and
2) I would receive a link to my Delta email to submit the LOR.

Has this changed?

Make sure his app says he is still at Spirit, not unemployed. That will give preferential scoring.

Is this confirmed? I have a buddy that is in the same situation, but didn't want to put current employer Spirit because they are no longer around. He also is worried if he checks unemployed he won't get a call either...
