A UAL buddy was showing me the online meal selection screen, where you can actually pick what type meal you want on the legs where they are provided.

Did I mention that this was in 1997?....

But like negotiating WB perks, our reserve system only impacts a small percent compared to the overall group. Everyone DHs, everyone needs to eat. A huge % are being crushed by terrible lines. We have a lot of warts and no sign of improving.
I’m pretty sure any NB pilot, not matter what airline, Major, LCC, ULCC, regional, are being crushed by crap lines and optimized flying. I know people everywhere, and that’s a theme.

You’re telling me that close to 1/3 of the total seniority list is small?

Ask and you shall receive! By 2022 we could code iCrew to give you a selection under Personnel…Preferences…Dead Head…choose Reserve/Line…Show Schedule…click your rotation…choose which leg…choose duty position…enter your record locator…click on a picture of the bus to confirm you are not a robot…select Y or N and then CONFIRM each selection for Biscoff and Cheezits.

I got to see it from the JS why they were getting served a meal from DEN to MCO. And it was going to be their second meal of the day.

We get meals at Delta. If there are any snacks leftover. And the FA’s are nice.

...and on international you get your selection, AFTER the first class pax! Hope they have what you wanted left over. Well, unless you have former Pan-AM FAs...then you might have a fighting chance!

Which PF key would that require?

Since we are hopefully in the improving the contracts time and pattern bargaining is what hopefully moves us all in the right direction, here is a screen shots of the UA contract with regard to meals.
