Sounds of the season: literally dozens of unsolicited inverse assignment phone calls coming in at all hours of the day the last couple of days. So many uncovered trips and getting multiple calls for the same trip throughout the day and night. Are people really changing their mind like "Hmm, thats the fourth call for this same trip. Ya know what, I do wanna miss Christmas with my family and go help Ed out." I've resorted to putting my phone in airplane mode at night so I can sleep.

I was mostly joking but it brings up a good point - beware the unexpected phone call around the holidays. Plenty of stories of kids answering the phone - “Dads right here - hold on”
It never ends well. 😱😱
Pro tip - Just let it go to voicemail. Although everyone in the younger generation probably already does this if they even have a land line 😁

Proffer?
Any pro tips on setting up iCrew for a blanket WS? I really don't want to accept anything that isn't a proffer (close-in coverage only). The only way I can think of setting it up is to manually change the dates every single day for awarding same day/next day/2nd and that doesn't seem efficient. Appreciate the thoughts.

Heads up for the newbies, there’s a difference between PCS, the pilot to pilot swap board and trip coverage. Understanding how each works and how they do or do not interact with each other is important.
