I would go that route if I were able. These are long call assignments not done at the last minute. Latest example was this afternoon for a report Friday morning. Last week was midnight Thursday night for a Saturday afternoon report. And these are just the most recent. Both times multiple calls and voicemails from the same scheduler within 2 or three minutes.

So I’m on reserve. I see trips pop on to my schedule with plenty of time but I will not acknowledge them on my own to ensure the company follows the contract and PROPERLY notifies me. I’m not required to answer the phone when they call. They leave a message and that should be it. Now I’ve been notified properly and will acknowledge the proper way on my own.
The issue has become that I am now harassed by scheduling to a point of crazy psychotic ex-girlfriend territory. Repeated calls that breakthrough any do not disturb at all hours including the middle of the night. Today I got three back to back calls with three voicemails all from the same scheduler within 2 minutes. And this seems to just be their playbook now. Is there any recourse for this? Instead of just doing a do not disturb for sleep I’m now having to turn my phone completely off just so my wife and I can get a full nights sleep. Other than doing scheduling’s job and self acknowledging, is there any way to keep them from being absolute heathens with phone etiquette?

There’s no reason to let Delta or a telemarketer interrupt my sleep ever, unless I’m on short call. The hotel phone gets unplugged on layovers as well. If it’s important enough (never has been), someone will knock.

I have all Crew Scheduling numbers and ARCOS permanantly "off" for this setting, unless I am on SC or want to be awakended by ARCOS (but even then, I will usually set my WS/GS to auto accept at night - so I only get a call for an actual award notification). As a local, there is nothing I can't make when I awaken.
You can also set your notification preferences up with "Do not disturb" hours on Deltanet, but there are a few circumstances where that's not a catch all. Like needless "Rest" CNO's at 0600 on the last day of LC before (though I had forgotten to go "off" on emergency breakthrouhh) - it's absolutely unacceptable. I think ALPA has brought that up to the company, but I'm not sure how it resolved.
No idea if Android has similar settings.

He's not asking how to avoid it....he just wants to know if he gets holiday pay for CQ over a holiday (he doesn't)

I would do CQ if it finish the 24th of December, since those are the holidays I don’t want to work. Memorial Day and 4th of July are the ones I actively bid to work, since I rather give that day off to someone that really deserve/enjoy with their family.

Most of them are “please remember to acknowledge.”
It started a few months ago. No one has broken through DND yet, but I’m sure it is coming. It feels like intentional harassment.

Not as bad as described for me, but my X days routinely have VM from CNO and live schedulers for assignments and awards that are done before 12 hours prior to the end of my last non-fly day.

Also interestring how they attempt to cut down on official notifications with unofficial CNO (presumably to save time), but somehow have time to make 'extra' contractually unnecessary phone calls.
