IMO our bar is set far too low.

Our negotiators have committed to zero concessions and I believe they will deliver the PWA we so richly deserve.

Perhaps I am aiming too low, but my yes vote will require 30% hourly raise 1/1/22 and retro to the 12/31/19.

25% DC as well.

Remember the voting reps have 100% of the power. Our future is in their hands.

Please take just a few minutes to call them and/or email them.

The massive increases in regional pay demonstrate that these increases are a walk in the park for Ed.
I absolutely agree and have been laughed at for saying the same thing above the last couple of months.

The money is there, no doubt about it. What needs to be determined is if this group is willing to put up a fight for it. With some of the posts on here I think we know the answer…

Are you referring to the MB (Miin Balance) or the MBCBP (Market Based Cash Balance Plan)?

Yeah? Do they still get the free plywood for continuous on-duty overnights?

Let him keep some dignity and defend himself.

He is totally attempting to paint these raises as temporary.

Sailing what is your minimum raise 1/1/22? Minimum DC?

Sailing will be answer because his numbers are embarrassing.
