juicy rumor. Holiday pay nice. Obviously not touching PS important.

the nos for me would be pay, I’d need at the very least 20% DOS, retro too low, and hard hard no is the reserve GS change. That is the only thing punishing them for staffing at redline. If they staffed categories appropriately rolling thunder would never be a thing.

Looks like Managment is ramping up the trial balloons.

at least it’s a relatively positive rumor. If this is true, it’s a much higher percentage than the previous rumor. Still lots of issues though scope, payback day, pay rates….

I stopped reading at reserve payback days. Plus no free suitcase so I’m a no.

Dollar wise that’s about 25 to 30% of what we opened for in 2019. It would mean we have made a massive shift in our negotiating position in favor of management. I was looking for 1 billion in improvements in 2019. 3 years past and starting the first year of what should be a new contract I am looking for somewhere around 1.5 billion minimum a year at signing. The proposal you have listed is no where near that.
