Probably something like 60%FAE pension. 50% raise retro and pensionable with interest. No more unstacking. Hard min day 6.5 hours. Scheduling penalties of 100% owed plus interest. I could go on and probably need to because that likely would still yield a no.
Honestly, there are probably a not insignificant number of people who just want to go on strike to stick it to the company no matter what we get.

+1 for CBs proposal.

What did they give up for psc and what to non commuters get? And 401k increase is good unless they’re stealing it for the minimum balance Bs.

Anyone else get excited for the 5:01 (central) email? I should have known better, but I opened that with the anticipation of a toddler at Christmas. Nothing. Not a single word of the negotiations this week. I’m sure that email will come in a few days.

If they give PSC to pilots at all, it's because they intend to give it to FA's. If they offered it up and said you can have 1% more in exchange, I'd take the 1% and I'm a commuter!

Time to spool up the strike signs. My strike fund is ready to roll. I’m ready to pull the trigger. I’m done with the clown show. Let’s get released. Maybe Komrad Joe will save us from ourselves.

I’m a hard no unless they eliminate weekend flying

Non commuters get nothing. Wah. Someday you may have to or choose to commute. Time will tell. PSC may or may not happen.

I’m not for negotiating anything for PSC commuting, but what is your time worth? With the current policy, I usually go up for my trips 6 hours beforehand. With PSC that was down to 2 hours beforehand, so let’s say I lose 4 hours per trip of my time without PSC. For round numbers sake, if I make $250/hour (and I charge that with my side business) every trip costs me $1000 of my time. If you were to take a 1% pay raise in exchange for PSC and assuming you made 300k at Delta that would be an extra $3000/year. With this hypothetical you would be “in the red” as far as the worth of your time in less than a month (4th trip).

I already said I didn't like it. They couldn't allow a strike because it would cripple the economy and really had nothing to do with presents. Water treatment plants would go without chemicals to treat the water. There would be stunning fuel and oil shortages verging on a crisis. Farmers would see their products rot awaiting transportation.
And if you understood the RLA, you would understand that is absolutely is your government's business and has been repeatedly in the past.
