"All,
The rumors of an AIP are false. Talks are ongoing.
Additionally, the mediator has placed a gag order on both sides regarding the revealing of specifics if/when progress is made on any particular section. That is, I’m told, standard in these situations.
I know it’s extremely frustrating to just have to wait, but please be patient as the process plays out.

Seem to remember this was the exact same vibe when TA2 came out last time.
Lots of rumors it was coming, but the particulars were WAY off.
The past is prologue.

That seems equivalent to:5% on 1/1/20
5% on 1/1/21
6% on 1/1/22
4.5% on 1/1/23
Compound raises of 22% over 4 years.
11% on three years wages comes out close to 5% of 2020 + 10.1% of 2021 + 16.9% of 2022 which is the compound raises over the three years in my table above.
I think it is low, but won't give my opinion of how much.

The 22% sounds great but I think that would keep our CRJ900 rates below Endeavor. If it doesn’t exceed their rate that’s a fail.
Positive space to work is better than the nothing we have now.
UAL’s DH is great but how long until they can get the IT resources to implement. 20-30 years?
more DC $$ is always better than less
Increased ADG will make trips pay better but more miserable IMO.
Personally I’m interested in all the other stuff. This is supposed to be a QOL contract and while $$ influences QOL we could have a much better contract with QOL gains and pay that only matches inflation. Conversely we could have a much better contract with big $$ gains and no changes to QOL.
Im just hoping that we get solid gains across the board
