Again, what category is going to lose premium if silver slips won't be offered when pilots are waiting for greenslips?

You keep saying this but you have yet to give a good explanation that actually shows this other than wild conjecture.
You keep saying SS would be a negative and then said that the company wouldn't issue them if there were junior pilots willing to greenslip. That means they won't reduce premium in those categories either since reducing greenslips is the entire point of the claim they would reduce premium pay.

You posited that your senior category fly whites to prevent junior green slips. That doesn’t change with SS. You’ve concocted this notion that the whites will just go out as silver and equate to more money. That’s not how the company works.

It's honestly pretty funny how much you're twisting yourself and talking out of both sides of your mouth trying to always be right here.
If the seniors keep picking up white slips, silver slips won't be issued. If silver slips aren't issued they can't impact premium. If silver slips *are* issued, seniors who were picking up white slips have a big reason to stop because they'll be missing out.
On top of that, the vast majority of greenslip trips are too short notice to be silver slips even if the company wants to.
You tried so hard to argue against my category situation that you argued against your own claims.
The company also won't be allowed to use other bases short staffing to require more reserves like they do now.

I'll buy the argument that Silver Slips provide a disincentive to White Slip trips in open time. That's not why the company would offer SSs. I just don't understand the circumstances under which the company would offer SSs, other than the previously discussed scenarios in which the company tries to prevent RES Green Slips.

Silver slips could end up being put on pairings that the company has emphasis on such as charters or maybe it's like monthly blank lines and they never offer them. The greenslips that tend to go out now will easily be inside thy new long call window so saving reserves doesn't seem like it'd help too much. What I can see though is that if they do offer them on any type of regular basis it sure makes white slipping seem silly.

The whole combination is interesting. First there is holiday pay, then there is the option of premium pbs trips, then silver slips.

There’s no real way to know how it’s all going to go down until we see all these new tools in practice. My feeling is it always takes the same amount of pilots to actually move the airplane and there is no magic formula to change that. I think when the new rigs take effect in September, the narrow body guys will be working 2-3 days less per month for the same credit.

The main item that has been getting panties in a bunch is VAS “taking away GS”…hell one poster even admired that he hadn’t read the NN after being told it came after GS.
23.M.7 exist now without VAS even being a thing, yet Scheds skips the GS step and goes straight to illegal RR, did the RR steal your GS, or did the schduder?
VAS don’t take away your GS.
