23.M.7 exist now without VAS even being a thing, yet Scheds skips the GS step and goes straight to illegal RR, did the RR steal your GS, or did the schduder?
VAS don’t take away your GS.

Saw this last summer with the 23.M.7 debacle. I speculate that there were 100's of PB days the company got out of by not following the coverage ladder.
But, yes, generally I agree 23.M.7 means more pay for the same amount of flying.
