I certainly had many a forum/FB disagreement with Curly before he retired. But he runs a good and useful website, and is responsive to feedback. He continually improves it.

The company knows full well what he is doing, and has blessed his activities. I honestly don’t see the issue with a retired pilot having password-protected access to the SL and AE lists.

I never flew with him, but know several people who said he was great to fly with, and were surprised he was so different online.

I keep my own spreadsheets, and am fairly certain that I could attain the very same website as widgetseniority with nothing more than the monthly Seniority list, and the AE postings/results. While I don't have the time or skill to create said website, I wouldn't necessarily call this "unprecedented access."

Especially after retirement it became blatantly obvious he had was a trusted operator for the company because he retains the access he does. It would have been very helpful to know this 15 years ago when the Moakies claimed they were at "arms length" while pushing quick settlements.

The fact that he still gets access, but they shut down the iCrewMax guy is crap. Until MiCrew gets the same open time view as iCrewMax, I'd still pay to have max over free MiCrew.

Can't disagree with that. ICrewMax was awesome.

Great point. They killed Easy Bid and Easy Swap becasue of "muh securitay". But Curly still gets to keep his access? Holy contradictions batman.

iCrewmax was great, no doubt. But so was Easy Bid and Easy Swap. They killed those too.

I still miss the customizable open time text notifications option in Easy Swap.

I never used the Easy products but I have no doubt about that. They claim security, but I'd wager it has more to do with someone else making a buck. It's a little hypocrtical to let some have access while denying others.

That is why I won't be use Widget Seniority. ALPA and johnfbell.com do just fine without supporting a company that benefits from a hypocritical policy. If EasyBid and EasySwap were allowed access I'd reconsider.
