Back to original subject- If this current system is costing them 23m a month and the best they can do is send out threatening letters about using allotted sick time and make PB days into supp days to give the WBBs that work a ton of premium trips the entire summer off-
the amount of leverage the pilot group has is vastly underestimated…. So unless this quick and easy deal has some amazing gains there is no reason to not do a full long process.

Everyone saw this coming when the pay360 project that was supposed to be done last year failed.

Anything that forces me to spend more time on Va Ave, isn't something I'd call a good deal, I'd rather go fly a trip lol. I could see maybe it makes sense if you live in ATL. I like making it into a reunion though, that's making the best of the situation.

I’ll go to velvet, meanwhile my wife is going for a spa/shopping/sleep or whatever she wants. Then after day 2, we spend 2-3 more nights together.
I don’t care about the cool aid, it’s actually like going to a The office event, with Michael Scott doing weird things.

Color me shocked that people dont want to pick up 5:15 one days on a Saturday. Maybe if they keep the open time rotations as is, and hold reserves back for actual full trips instead of breaking everything up into tiny pieces, they will get better coverage……

GREEN SLIP ROTATION PAY DISCREPANCY FOR MARCH FLIGHT PAY
Pilots received March flight pay today, and Flight Ops pay teams are aware of a discrepancy related to green slip pay. Specifically, some green slip rotations for March paid out at 100%, not the intended 200% value associated with the premium pay.
Teams are investigating the issue, and we will provide updates as they become available. Importantly, all affected pilots will receive the balance of their green slip pay for the March bid period once a resolution has been identified.
