When did they say that? I asked my Rep and the only reason to get it done prior to July, was so the pay rates and reserve guarantee could go into effect for July.
None of them have mentioned any sort of "company deadline" of July 1.

I think the voting opens around the 14th and will close on the 29th.

Delta has invested $65 million in SkyTeam partner Aeroméxico, the flagship carrier of Mexico, in return for a 4% stake in the company, Delta said in a press release.
